PTI's 5th Anniversary Celebrations - Day 4/Deconstructed Sketch #37

Card #9 for today pairs Deconstructed Sketch #37 with Jessica's Color Combo (Aqua Mist, Dark Chocolate, Canyon Clay & Harvest Gold):

Cardstock:  PTI Dark Chocolate, Canyon Clay, Aqua Mist,  Vintage Cream
Patterned Paper:  PTI Distressed Dots
Stamps:  PTI Mat Stack 1 Collection
Ink:  PTI Dark Chocolate, Canyon Clay, Aqua Mist
Dies:  PTI Mat Stack 1, Medium Scallop Border
Other:  PTI Aqua Mist Topnotch Twill
Awesome.  Totally not a color combo I'd ever come up with, but this is one of the few times I quite like the outcome!

2Cute's Mermaid & Friends Meets Deconstructed Sketches!

Good Friday Morning, Friends!

It's workshop day over here today - some of the younger girls in town are coming over this afternoon to work on a couple of birthday cards!  (I *might* be a little excited...lol)  What are you all up to today?

I threw this card together late last night... I had already picked the papers and coloured the image, but then the girls & I decided to go for an adventure before I could finish the card.  After the turkeys were in bed, I pulled out the Deconstructed Sketch #11, and the card went together in under 5 minutes!  (Gotta love it when that happens!!)

These papers from Basic Grey's Green At Heart line reminded me of seaweed and possibly a little sea garden, so I ran with it... why not, right?  :0)

Anyway, here's my card:
As I usually do, I've left the banner blank, waiting for the perfect sentiment when the time comes!  I find it much easier to actually use my cards after they're made if I do that, because then they'll always say the 'right' thing!

Have a great day - and don't forget, there's a NEW Rachelle Anne Miller release happening at PWCO tomorrow!!!!
